Consultations Fees
Consultations Fees
A consultation fee of $25 per person is required for new establishment. Consultation fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards another date should the client decide to cancel.

Payments
Payments
$200 payment is required to book an establishment date. This payment is a retainer and non-refundable but can be reschedule ONE TIME ONLY; however, the new establishment date must happen within 30days of the cancelled appointment. The balance of the payment is due the first day of installation, before the session begins.

For retightening services, clients shall notify their consultant 24hrs in advance to reschedule or cancel appointments by clicking the link provided in their appointment confirmation email. Clients should not call in to reschedule a $35 dollar cancellation fee applies if the client does not give 24hr notice. Cancellation fees can be paid before appointments or before the completions of service.

For installations, if an entire day is lost due to rescheduling after the installation begins a lost day fee of $200 will be charged to the clients account and is due on the day and before their installations resumes. no additional fees apply if a day lost fee is incurred.

Clients that are sick at any stage, should reschedule! If client exhibits signs of illness, they will be rescheduled. Cancellation and pre-payment fees apply if 24 hour notice has not been given. All Clients mush wash their hair at least 1 day before their service. The hair must be free of any conditioner, grease etc! Please do not blow dry hair in anyway. please do not plan any other activities. It is impossible to predict how long your locking session will take. Installation are broken into 3 days. Each day is blocked for 10-14 hours. 2(1) breaks are taken - one for lunch and two thirty min breaks. Clients are to provide their own meals, Clients are encouraged to bring books, tablets etc. Wifi Is provided.

As part of the Sisterlocks your Package, all clients receive a complimentary 3 week follow-up after their installation. If the client does not make this appointment within 3 weeks, the 3 week follow-up appointment will be void. This appointment should be scheduled when you schedule your installation. The next appointment would be considered a full retightening session where normal rates apply.

To ensure a healthy Sisterlock journey, I recommend that you schedule monthly maintenance appointments every 4-6 weeks, Appointments are booked at 5 hours. If a clients maintenance falls 9 weeks or more you will be charged at an hourly rate of $30.

Children are not allowed during the installation and retightening services, however, children can attend consultations. Unless the child is the once receiving the services.

Transfer Clients

For the purpose of retightening services, Sensational locks LLC, defines transfer clients as a customer that has not had their Sisterlocks or Brotherlocks installed Sensational locks LLC or as a client that has not received retightening services from within 2 months,
